Jen is a qualified, registered interpreter. She studied BSL/English interpreting at the University of Central Lancashire (UCLAN) and completed her Postgraduate Diploma in 2015. Jen has worked with the Deaf community for nearly 10 years, gaining a broad range of experience in a variety of settings including education, medical, employment and social care.
